Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

You may still exchange items within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. Items must not be used, washed, or damaged in any way.

NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ON SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THESE REDUCED PRICE GOODS.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include your packing slip, or print out your emailed receipt so we can identify your return. Also, please let us know the reason you are returning the item, and if you want to return it for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Returns can be sent back using U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Fed EX. Please use a trackable shipping method in case the item gets lost. We are not responsible for items that are in the process of being returned and get lost in the mail. Also, don't send it back C.O.D. Packages shipped in this manner will not be accepted. If an exchange is needed, send us the merchandise back, and we'll send you another item in its place. If you're in a rush, we can charge you for a new order and credit your account when we receive the original merchandise. But remember, keep it under 30 days and make sure the items are in their original, unwashed, undamaged, and otherwise new condition. Here is our info in case you need it:
