IS YOUR SITE SECURE?  Absolutely. We take great care in making sure all credit card information is encrypted across a secure 128/256 bit line using SSL or secure socket layer. This is the industry standard for websites accepting credit cards and other important data.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal. Sorry we do not accept checks and/or cash.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?  Generally, packages are shipped within 24 hours within receipt of order. The exception is if you pay by Paypal Check or just a regular Personal Check (See Above, "What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?"). Shipping speed is determined by the method you select. UPS has many shipping methods. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, a Three Day Service, and Ground are but a few to choose from. Ground normally takes 4 to 5 business days but could take up to 7 depending on your location. Remember when determining the time it takes to receive a package, factor in the processing time. USPS Parcel Post items are generally delivered within 2-8 days from shipment. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days from shipment. If you need the package sooner and aren't too concerned about cost, there is also an Express Mail service which is usually overnight in most areas. Remember, allow 1-2 extra days for processing your order. Also, the amount of time it takes to deliver a package is not guaranteed.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?  Absolutely! We normally ship international order using the U.S. Postal Service. Prices when shipping internationally, many times, depend on weight, speed, and destination. When placing the order the shipping price is determined once the products are in the cart and the destination has been chosen.

WHAT IS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION?  When we ship an item to you using U.S. Postal Service, we normally ship it using a Delivery Confirmation service . This is just a way for us to be sure you have received your package by giving us the date, zip code and time your item was delivered. In the end, we recommend that you have your packages shipped to a secure location as we cannot be responsible for items once the delivery has been confirmed.


CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I ORDERED? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You may still exchange items within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. Items must not be used, washed, or damaged in any way.


Also, shipping and handling charges are not refundable and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Please include your packing slip, or print out your emailed receipt so we can identify your return. Also, please let us know the reason you are returning the item. Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items in case the item gets lost. We are not responsible for items that are in the process of being returned and get lost in the mail.
